Opening Address 

Good morning. It's my great honor to deliver the opening address of the 2nd national Teuk Gong Martial Arts competition, Korean Council of Sport for All, attended by honorable guests, all athletes and you all that love and support Teuk Gong Martial Arts. 

I'm here, as Chairman of Seogang College, Korean first and largest Police and welfare study specialized college, and as one of people who love and support Teuk Gong Martial Arts.  

Among other things, Seogang College, as National Police Agency designated security educational institute, has held wide ranges of agreements with various martial arts groups over past 15 years. Now I can surely say that professor Park No-won's special passion for education, who founded Teuk Gong Martial Arts, and his leadership gives tremendous inspiration for every martial arts groups, and that Seogang college is ready to be one of the passionate supporters.

With all the Teuk Gong Martial Arts athletes' endless endeavor and passion for the past 30 years, it has been approved its additional point for police servant test. Moreover, it has developed from military arts to be a true 'Korean everyday martial arts' that it is contributing to young talents education and community development.  

So I want to say that you all athletes here and club members should be proud of being here, one of people who work for developing the martial arts as the cornerstone of Korean culture in the world from Korean everyday martial arts.

In conclusion, I also want you all to remember that it is every Teuk Going Martial Arts people and its founder professor Park No-won's sacrifice and endeavor that has made today's martial arts. So I once again would like to express endless honors and respect for him.

I want to end the opening address with great hope for the development of Korean Teuk Gong Arts Association, Korean Council of Sport for All, which is not just Korean martial arts, but also world's martial arts. Thank you.

대회사 

존경하는 내외귀빈 여러분, 선수단 여러분,

그리고 특공무술을 사랑하고 후원하는 여러분들을 모시고 본인이 제2회 국민생활체육회장기 전국특공무술무사대회의 대회사를 가지게 됨을 대단히 영광스럽게 생각하는 바입니다.  

본인은 국내 최초 최대 규모의 경찰복지특성화학교인 본교의 이사장으로서 특공무술을 사랑하고 후원하는 한사람으로 이 자리에 참여하게 되었습니다. 특히 본교는 경찰청지정경비교육학교로서 지난 15년 동안 많은 무도단체와 산학협약관계를 유지하고 있습니다만 특공무술 창시자인 박노원교수님의 후학에 대한 교육열정과 리더쉽은 모든 무도단체의 귀감이 된다고 판단하며, 특공무술을 열렬히 후원하는 대학으로 탄생하고자 합니다.  

지난 30여년 동안의 특공무술인들의 끊임없는 노력과 열정이 있었기에 특공무술이 경찰공무원 시험 가산점 인정 무술로 발전하게 되었으며, 전투무술이라는 특정목적의 무술에서 국민의 건강과 호신을 책임지는 것은 물론 젊은 인재를 양성하여 지역경제발전에 이바지하는 진정한 ‘국민의 생활무술’로 성장하게 되었습니다. 

이 자리에 계시는 모든 선수단 및 동호인들은 오늘의 이 대회를 통하여 특공무술이 ‘국민생활체육’을 넘어 ‘세계속의 무술’로, 나아가 자랑스런 대한민국의 문화로 자리매김함에, 그 초석이 된다는 자부심을 가지고 시합에 임하여 주시길 바랍니다.  

끝으로 수많은 무술단체 중에서도 특공무술이 국민생활체육으로 자리매김하며 전세계의 무술로 나아감에 있어 잊지 말아야 할 것이 있습니다.  

그것은 국내외 여러 특공무술인들과 함께 특공무술 창시자 박노원 교수님의 희생과 노력이 없이는 오늘의 특공무술은 있을 수 없다고 보며 창시자의 노고와 열정에 무한한 존경과 경이를 표하는 바입니다.  

대한민국을 넘어 전세계의 무술이자 스포츠인 국민생활체육 전국특공무술연합회의 발전을 진심으로 기원하며 본 대회사를 마칩니다. 감사합니다.
